Conducting an interview is nothing new, however many fail in business, because they felt that an interview was unnecessary.
This way of thinking can be fatal to the success of your business. Often times it will produce 20% doers, and 80% dead weight.
Take the time to get familiar with the N.C.D.A.R.T. It will produce 80% doers, and only 20% dead weight.
Learn to incorporate the N.C.D.A.R.T. into a casual conversation. You'll be amazed at how much can be learned about a persons worth.
N...etwork / find out who your prospect associates with, people they know, how long their relationships go back, how many times they have suggested business opportunities to friends/family as well as how many times they have been contacted about other business opportunities etc.
C...redibility / do your friends/contacts view you as a credible person? Why?
D...esire / what are you
looking for in creating additional income? What are your short term goals as
well as your long term goals? What are you willing to give up in order to make
your desire a reality? Explain to me why you have a desire.
A...ttitude / do you perceive
yourself as an optimist or a pessimist? Why?
R...esources / can you tell me
the most money you made in one year? Optimize your plan based on earnings from
your prospect. Example: If they make $50K a year, speak to them based on their
belief level otherwise they won't/don't believe you. Ask questions such as, how
much money do you plan to start with, how much can you spend for advertising,
what types of things will you not do etc.
T...eachable / based on your
network of people, credibility, desire and income requirements, if we lay out a
plan of action for you, are you going to follow it or, are you going to fight me
every step of the way? Why?
