O....UT / made with maximum effort: THOROUGHGOING an all–out effort to win. With full determination or enthusiasm: with maximum effort.
(Need everyone input and output to maximize the team effectiveness)

M....ASSIVE / large in comparison to what is typical, imposing in excellence or grandeur: MONUMENTAL.
(Nothing the Staff Infinity can not accomplish with a lot of people
that share a common goal and dream.)

A....CTION / the manner or method of performing: the most vigorous, productive or exciting activity in a particular field, area, or group.
(Walk the Walk, Talk the Talk; as Willie said “we will figure
it out based on actions, not lip service? Action speaks louder than words. )

Being totally, and completely committed in an "ALL OUT" effort to accomplish your written, and set goals.

Making a paradigm shift that will propel you into "MASSIVE ACTION."
